Getting started
- What if I do not have an idea yet?
- Start with a problem you know well, a group of people you understand, or work you would be happy to do more of. Joumoo helps you turn that into a first test.
- Do I need a business plan already?
- No. Joumoo is for the messy beginning — when you have an idea in a sentence and need a practical way to start.
- How long does it take?
- The first plan is designed to arrive in about sixty seconds. The first step in the plan should be realistic enough to complete today, usually in under two hours.
The workspace
- What does Joumoo actually keep track of?
- Your plan, completed steps, customer contacts, notes, outreach drafts, and the one next action that deserves your attention.
- Who owns what I create?
- You own the plan, writing, and materials you create with Joumoo. Joumoo is a workspace for your business, not a marketplace for your idea.
- Can I export my work?
- Yes. In the Workspace, download a JSON export of your plan, steps, contacts, notes, and saved plan details. Your work should remain useful even if you decide not to keep using Joumoo.
- Does Joumoo send emails to people for me?
- No. Joumoo can help you draft an outreach message, but you review and send it from your own inbox. Nothing is sent automatically.
- Is this a course or a chatbot?
- Neither. A course gives everyone the same lesson, and a chatbot waits for a question. Joumoo stays with your specific idea and tells you what is next.
Price and trust
- Can I start for free?
- Yes. You can make your first plan without an account or payment. Standard is €20/month for 150 Joumy actions and all three Week One moves.
- What will Joumoo cost?
- Your first plan is free. Standard is €20/month and includes 150 Joumy actions plus all six business areas and all three Week One moves.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You can download your workspace data before cancelling. Your active tier controls access to the workspace; billing and retention details are shown before checkout, and the tier waitlist remains available while checkout is not connected.
- Is my idea private?
- Joumoo uses your idea to create your plan and stores workspace information so you can return to it. Anonymous plans receive a shareable link; anyone with that link can see the idea and plan, but never private contacts or email addresses. Do not share a plan that contains anything you do not want others to read.
- What does Joumoo measure?
- Joumoo records anonymous product milestones such as pages viewed and buttons clicked to understand the journey. It never sends idea text, email addresses, or contact details as analytics metadata.
- Is Joumoo new?
- Yes. We are early, and we do not invent customer logos, testimonials, user counts, or success stories. The product should earn your trust through the work it helps you do.
